Neck spasm, grief - emotional

Emotions came up as the first priority. The emotion was grief. When asked the patient replied that her mother had passed away one year earlier, and she had been thinking about her a lot that week.
I cleared the segments related to this grief and the patient's neck pain/spasm completely resolved in the office.
