Positional vertigo

Meghan is a 30-year-old sandwich shop owner with positional vertigo following an auto accident affecting her ability to work and even wash her hair. Physical therapy and medication did not help. She had every test her MDs could think of, and nothing came up.
She drives about 1.5 hours each way to see me.
I have seen her now about 12 times. At each visit, she needs cranial adjustments, cervical disc adjustments, panic pattern adjustments, and some emotional adjustments.
Her vertigo is about 90% gone by her estimate and now shows up only occasionally.
