KST A to Z

Posture, range of motion, breathing (in a dancer)

Kevin Mott, D.C.

Overland Park, Kansas

A dance instructor referred a college dance major student to my office who had inconsistent chiropractic results with three prior DCs.

After one KST session, her posture improved, range of motion was greatly improved and breathing became much freer. In the words of the patient, "it is like a weight has been lifted".

Follow-up KST sessions consisted of many POS (postures of subluxation), such as adjusting her in various dance positions/movements, with excellent results. She is now dancing/performing with little to no discomfort and enjoying every minute!

The patient is still a regular in my office, receiving KST maintenance adjustments as needed.
