KST A to Z

Retracing

Jens Korgaard, DC

Newington, Connecticut

This past weekend at the Philadelphia seminar, I decided to work on some emotional patterns I have struggled with for the past 30 years. I asked a mentor to work on me while I was thinking about the issue.

I don't really remember what he worked on except it was only a few places - one on my right lower leg/ankle.

Well, later that day, as I was driving home over the George Washington Bridge in New York City, my right foot/leg went into spasm, contorted into some weird shape, and was extremely painful; I could barely put my foot on the gas and brake.

I would have pulled over but couldn't because of the traffic. I tried to massage and straighten it out, but the spasms kept returning it to the same position. That went on for about 15 minutes, then suddenly it was gone. My ankle felt looser than it had in years.

I never had a retracing like that in the three years I have been practicing and receiving KST.
