Patient is a 76-year-old man who fractured C1 and C2 on a fun park waterslide 15 years ago. Since then, has had intense pain over his entire scalp, nausea and dizziness whenever he extends his head even slightly so he holds his head in slight flexion continuously and takes copious amount of medication daily.

After his second KST adjustment he had three days of being able to do anything he liked with his head with no symptoms at all (first time in 15 years).

He had his 3rd adjustment yesterday, after which he could again do anything with his head with no symptoms. Will see how long this lasts; I see him in two weeks.
