Scar from caesarian causing lumbar pain

She was a female patient with severe lumbar pain whenever she bent forwards. I adjusted her sacrum in this position, but the pain did not go away.
Suddenly it came to my mind to ask her about the birth procedure years ago. She had a caesarian. I adjusted her scar.
It worked and her pain disappeared.
