Scar from surgery

Cathy, age 63, had skin cancer removed around her nostril with the scar extending down to her upper lip. Four weeks after the surgery the scar was tightening up and deforming her upper lip.
I was cautious adjusting the new scar, but the results were immediate.
It is now barely visible and has no impact on the shape of her upper lip.
