KST A to Z

Self-adjustment

Carl Heigl, DC

Racine, Wisconsin

Yesterday I was working under the motor coach, got up quickly, and wham! I hit my head. All I could do is fall to the ground holding my head. I should have been knocked unconscious - but that never happened.

A goose egg is starting to form on the head, very sore to touch. No blood - good news. Good thing that I have my arthrostim with me.

Do the three C's - make the necessary and appropriate adjustments to the cranials, C1, and sacrum. Goose egg goes down immediately; the pain is gone shortly after that. Got up this morning absolutely no residuals at all.
