The mother has a teenage son that has gone on an 18-day European trip. It’s the first time she was without him near and she’s in a panic with tears and anxiety.

I had her say: "I have no anxiety with my son out of the country," and adjusted what came up. I also asked her to say "I will rest in God's peace and love" and other phrases. That was yesterday in the office. I got this Facebook message today:

I wanted to say thank you. My anxiety over my son is so much better. the tightening of my chest is better it's not that I'm not sad or worried it's that I can function. Right now, I'm driving alone and not crying. I have not done that in several days. This is all I really hoped-for thank you so much.
