A woman comes in for care and I get OD for mouth. Not teeth, not gums, but a toxicity problem with the mouth.
It turns out it is her husband's semen being toxic in her mouth with oral sex. The finding was that he has an infection in his prostate that needs to be addressed. Interesting finding to report to her once I figured it out.
Comment by John Nikitow, DC: Reminds me of a patient with chronic TMJ. Turned out to be emotional anger towards her husband forcing her to perform oral sex on him. As you say, interesting report.
