KST A to Z

Shoulder pain

Ernie Laubach, DC

Muncy, Pennsylvania

The lady had shoulder pain for months. The pain came up only when doing certain motions. MDs and PTs weren't helping her.

I had her go in the painful movements (POS) and found a jammed humerus (upper arm). Adjusted it and she was immediately pain free while doing previously painful movements.

As we were finishing up she mentioned that her physical therapist discovered she couldn't lift any weight with that arm while lying on her back. I had her lay down and checked. She couldn't even lift a magazine; it was that weak.

The OD led me to her 3rd rib. I touched her rib and had her raise her arm. No weakness! She said she was going to go back to PT so she could show them what I'd done.
