KST A to Z
Shoulder pain
Steve Ronco, DC

One patient on whose card I had written: "refer for physical therapy" was the first patient the Monday after my first KST seminar. He had 1.5 months of progressive pain in the shoulder after a fall that was not resolving.
I asked him today if I could check him. I found some cranial and some shoulder subluxations. Then I asked him to put his arm behind his back. He could! All pain gone.
He was totally pain free with a full range of motion after a minute and a half of KST. He would have spent $60/visit for 3 times a week for 3-6 weeks with the physical therapist.
These stories are practitioner-reported experiences presented for educational and historical purposes. Individual experiences vary. They are not medical advice, do not establish that KST treats or cures any disease, and should not be used as a reason to delay appropriate or emergency care or independently discontinue prescribed medication.
