Shoulder pain - can't explain

I just had a patient come in this morning with left anterior shoulder pain but the only thing that showed up was femur head!
I adjusted the femur and the shoulder pain was 95% gone. Nothing else showed up.
Trying to explain that to the patient was rather interesting but she's been a patient for a long time; she didn't care as long as her pain was much improved.
