Shoulder problems in a violinist

She is a 42-year-old woman who cannot play violin in the orchestra anymore due to a skiing accident (someone knocked her over and just kept going).
An orthopedist and physiotherapist found nothing but she couldn't sleep on her right shoulder and was in pain when she used the bow.
I checked and corrected her while she played the violin but the last missing link was a deep scar on her right big toe. I tapped the scar and found some emotions associated with it.
It took three visits to get her free from pain, and she was back in the orchestra.
