Stomach "bug"

My wife's stomach had been bothering her for two days. Finally, she asked me to check her!
I pick up that she has a "bug" and that her immune system is not locked on to it. So, I ask where to adjust for immune lock-on. I get right parietal cranial bone was posterior.
Two hours later she calls me. She had diarrhea for two hours, then stomach pain is greatly improved. It is gone by the next day.
