I have been having a blast with KST. The most awesome result so far (and there have been many) was a 55-year-old lady who had a stroke about four or five years ago and has always dragged her right leg as she walks.
After one KST session, she walked out of my office crying because she wasn't dragging her leg. I am amazed at some of the crazy crap that is happening with KST.
