KST A to Z
Swimmer (competitive)

I've been working with a high-level swimmer (13 years old). On the last day of the State meet I got a text that she hurt her foot and could not go up on her toes without pain and wanted a home visit on Sunday. She came over and within five minutes all her pain was gone.
In addition, "emotions" came up as she thought of her best race (200 breaststroke). As she thought of the race, I adjusted her occiput that subluxated.
Then I had her visualize her best race ever (how it felt, how her body would feel doing it). I call these "performance adjustments." T1 showed up and was adjusted. She then left to go swim her last two races for the finals.
Got a text later that day: "Time was 2:47 something. Dominated the whole race after swimming my best time in the 50-freestyle relay. Thanks for being part of my pit crew."
She is now 4th in the nation in her age and only four seconds off of Olympic qualifying.
