Trigeminal neuralgia (68-year-old biker)

I recently had a 68-year-old biker with trigeminal neuralgia that was so bad he could barely make himself understood due to the pain and spasm in his jaw. Nor could he ride because the cold air was excruciating.
I found cranials, but lots of other stuff. Now he talks my ear off and rides his Harley to my office, lol.
Oh BTW, he did have a 3rd metatarsal (in his foot) – try and figure that one, hah!
