I got a call from a woman who was practically hysterical. Her baby had a DPT shot and stopped smiling, stopped making eye contact, and stopped acting normally. The baby had a seizure the evening of the shot.

The mother brought the baby back to the doctor the next day - telling him about the seizure and how the baby had changed. The pediatrician said, "Oh, that sometimes occurs." The pediatrician who practiced for 30 years had no idea as to what to do and sent her home. She brought her six-month-old to my office. The child's cranial bones locked up and his sacrum (where the meninges attach). The meninges are very sensitive to toxicity and stress. Everything released quickly (kids usually respond very well and very quickly). The mother left a voice mail the next day, "Thank you so much for seeing my son. I noticed an improvement immediately after you worked on him and by the next morning he was back to his happy little self. I won't be taking him in for any more shots."

This woman was lucky, the baby was lucky. If only more were so lucky.
