KST A to Z

Vaginal Bleeding - self-adjusting

Kevin Ross, DC

Tempe, Arizona

This is an adult female patient, overweight with a long history of emotional and physical symptoms.

She entered my office last week (Friday) with a history of two weeks of severe and constant vaginal bleeding, and that was getting worse. She had experienced this in the past, and medical care and medications were finally able to shut it off.

On her first visit, nothing was coming up related specifically to vaginal bleeding. I asked her body, "Can we adjust for the vaginal bleeding now?"- OD said no. "Can we adjust for it later?" – yes. "How many days later?" Two days. "Sunday?"- Yes!

I found what needed to be adjusted on Sunday (L5 posterior and inferior) that she could adjust by herself by holding it with her second finger from right to left for one hour between 10 am and 5 pm. She said she would do it.

Patient came in on Tuesday morning and said: "Oh. It worked. The bleeding stopped Monday morning."
