Ashley, a 20-year-old female with sudden-onset severe vertigo, nausea, vomiting, insomnia, severe occipital headache, and inability to eat. She woke up five days earlier with severe vertigo and was unable to get out of bed without assistance. At the hospital, a battery of neurological tests and an MRI were negative.

I assessed her using standard KST protocol and adjusted. She returned the next day with a mild decrease in all symptoms. Adjusted her KST again. She returned reporting great overall improvement: eating and sleeping were normal, and she was back at work. Her only complaint was mild dizziness if she worked too hard and got heated up.

She had another adjustment, and from that time to present, Ashley has had none of her original symptoms return and continues ongoing wellness care.
